[Springframework-developer] Portlet support (again)

Portlet support (in the sandbox) has been fairly stable for the past couple
of months. I've been finding it works well and I think a few other people
have used it successfully, too.

What would be involved in moving it out of the sandbox (Post 1.1.3)?

I'm happy to help with updating docs/build files, etc.
