[Springframework-developer] Declarative WorkFlow

is it possible to define declarative workflow?
think?
every page has an Id ?
you configure page that it is inWorkFlow.
and it is related to specific process and process state in XML like declarative transaction?
for example using jbpm?
you have a workflow controller ?
gets the input (if any preprocess necassry you need proprocess advice) from user and send workflow engine?
is it possible?
so there is no code in pages related to workflow?
