It's no big deal to append a timestamp to the filename. Do we want to =
keep all snapshots available for a release (1 per night)?

People who are running JDK 1.3 might want to get their hands on the last =

set of snapshots, as they do not have a problem running on JDK 1.3 like=20
1.1.2 do, but should be almost identical otherwise. I have therefore=20
saved them as:=20

-dev-20041116.zip=20
http://www.springframework.org/downloads/snapshots/spring-framework-1.1.3=
-dev-with-dependencies-20041116.zip=20

We might want to actually keep around the nightly snapshots for an=20
entire release cycle, in case they are broken on a particular day, so=20
that people can go back a day or two...=20
