All,

I have spotted an error in section 17.4.2 of the reference manual. It
states that when adding an inline resource to a multipart message the
resource must be added BEFORE the text of the message. When I tried this
out it worked in reverse for me and I had to add the text first. 

Can someone else test this and I will modify the docs as appropriate?
