[Springframework-developer] JavaDoc linking

What's our policy re linking of JavaDoc. Currently, we're not linking in
any of the APIs we integrate with. It shouldn't be that hard to add all
APIs to the javadoc target in build.xml. We could for instance link to
APIs listed at jdocs.com and java.sun.com.

Please let me know if that's okay with everybody, then I'll add them.
