+1 on 1.1.2 earlier. Most of the fixes since 1.1.1 are not that major, 
but a couple of them are nasty if you are actually affected by them. 
I've already told a few people to use the CVS version for one reason or 
another. If we are happy with the quality level I say go for it.

I like the idea of 1.1.3 before 1.2RC, but I'm wondering if parallel 
development is really possible. I guess we can try for the sandbox for 
the major stuff, as was done before...
