[Springframework-developer] Portlet view controller support

Aloha!

I've done more work on the portlet view controller support.
- SimplePortletFormController is now part of a hierarchy similiar to the 
servlet version.
- New ParameterizableViewController
- ParameterControllerMapping to map to a portlet view controller from a 
given parameter.

The code needs some more testing, but then I would like to share it.
