[Springframework-developer] JSP 2.0 and dependent JAR versions

Can the version of jstl.jar and standard.jar be updated to 
jakarta-taglibs-standard-1.1.1 to use some of the new JSP 2.0 features?

While on the topic, can I ask how all dependent JAR versions are managed 
(i.e. checked for updates and integration tested) for the distribution?
