Sorry, I thought it had been decided already :)

I reckon we should go with what's in CVS now.  Given Velocity's =
difficulty
with overloading, the need to be consistent as far as possible with
FreeMarker and the need for both to respect the context parameter for
default escaping, I can't think of any better way to organise or name
them.

The ref docs were modified and committed last night, so they're alredy
consistent with what's currently in the macro files.
