Thanks Jérôme for the patch.

I think I have proved my point, build did not 'just work' after 
everybody swore it would. There were problems in build, problems in my 
environment not to mention I needed to install CVS client and proper JDK 
version. This patch is not the last problem, I can already foresee a 
couple of more issues. On the other hand, I have yet to hear a reason 
why not just publish nightly build. Expecting me, as a user, to go 
through all this pain without proper reasoning does not make me a 
(happy) user.

I also understand, I am outvoted here. I will pass for now.
