Do either of you have time to experiment with the Groovy option?

I think this is a very good idea.

I would have thought Clover would work just fine in this scenario, as it
instruments the source, not the tests...

what about Groovy for testing.  There was a post a few months ago pointing
to a presentation someone did showing this.

It would be a lot quicker to write some (not all) of the future tests in
Groovy I think, but I don't know how we'd measure it.. does Clover work
with Groovy classes?
