[Springframework-developer] aspectwerkz?

I was just browsing thru the docs for the new aspectj support. Looks 
interesting.

Has anybody considered aspectwerkz? Since aspectwerkz already has a 
spring-container integration, works with simple pojos, does not require 
a compiler, is configured with attributes and xml, it seems a much 
cleaner (or at least easier) fit with spring.
