Good idea. We just need to adapt the "release" target in the build =
script accordingly.

Juergen,

I just noticed again something I might have raised before (but I'm not
sure, so will ask again). Is there any reason you have not been bundling
one of the HTML versions of the manual along with the PDF version, in
the distros?

My feeling is that most people prefer HTML to PDF except when wanting to
print out docs, so for the benefit of people wanting to have an online
reference we should be bundling at least one of the HTML versions.

What do you think?
