[Springframework-developer] Velocity and FreeMarker standard macros

The first cut of this has been committed.  VelocityFormView and=20
=46reeMarkerFormView will automatically have access to the respective macro=
=20
libs embedded in spring.jar regardless of user defined template or macro=20
loading strategies.

The only macro so far working is a spring.bind macro that works the same wa=
y=20
as the JSP version exposing a 'status' object to the template.  Additional=
=20
macros can be built upon this base by adding to the spring.vm and=20
spring.ftl files in the respective packages.
