I updated to the current CVS yesterday and saw the same errors from 'ant tests'. For some reason the lib/cglib/cglib-2.0.1.jar was still there alongside the new cglib-2.0.2-dev.jar. I still get the previous Ant error when I try 'ant tests' but I'm not gonna worry about that, I'll stick to the maven build.
