looks like a change to the way Resin 3.0.8 expects to be started (not 
documented but then autobuilds starts Resin in a non-standard fashion 
anyway due to platform dependencies in the resin code).  This is fixed, 
but now webapps don't appear to be getting deployed even though the logs 
say they are so the tests on resin3 will still fail.

I'll take another look later.
