I just commited changes to build files such that:

 * server properties are externalised in a CVS file called=20
servers.properties

 * if the correct server binary is not found locally, it will automatically=
=20
be downloaded (not tested through proxy servers or anything other than a=20
direct connection)

should be pretty clear, let me know if something doesn't work as expected?
