I've noticed that the MethodInvocationFactory interface is effectively =
unused: AdvisedSupport has a setter and a getter for it, but doesn't use =
a passed-in MethodInvocationFactory for anything; there's no default =
either. Is this supposed to allow for future enhancements? If it's =
completely unused at the current point of time, we should probably still =
remove it for the time being...
