[Springframework-developer] Rename JdbcTestCase to AbstractJdbcTests?

org.springframework.jdbc.JdbcTestCase is abstract so may it should be
renamed to AbstractJdbcTests be more like the other abstract test cases:

	AbstractAopProxyTests
	AbstractMetadataAutoProxyTests
	AbstractBeanFactoryTests
	AbstractListableBeanFactoryTests
	AbstractPropertyValuesTests
	AbstractApplicationContextTests
	AbstractControlFlowTests
	AbstractTagTest
