At the moment, as user management is handled by JIRA - you have to =20 signup to JIRA and then you should be able to login to Confluence. I just changed it (oops) to allow anonymous browsing and commenting on =20= the one space I created. Feel free of course to create more spaces as =20= Spring needs (ie for docs, 1.1 etc).
