All of this is really close to my situation and I even have similiar ideas
but no time to experiment with it. 8(

Many frameworks have different scopes for helpers or beans - in some
article I saw comparison of XWork/WebWork2 IOC with Spring - an only
feature Spring was "beaten" its ease of configuration of beans with different
scopes. Even VelocityTools project have this.

Different bean scopes are natural to many application architectures and
essential to web applications.

So I think this and (or) similiar things will be very valuable addition to
Spring.
