[Springframework-developer] Getting ready for 1.0 final

As we're about to release Spring 1.0 final in a couple of days, I'd like =
to encourage everybody to test a current CVS snapshot against your =
Spring-based applications.

The last two weeks were mainly about bugfixes, but we've also got some =
minor new features and internal refinements: setting array/List/Map =
elements directly, ResourceLoader, JdbcTemplate's execute methods, =
character encoding in ReloadableResourceBundleMessageSource and =
MimeMessageHelper, FreeMarker support. See the changelog for details.

My main concern is to verify that we haven't broken any existing Spring =
functionality, but - of course - feel free to check out any of the new =
features and try to nail down bugs and gaps there too.
