[Springframework-developer] Old Spring docs

Let's remove all of the old Spring docs from the website, in particular =
the articles in the "Features" section. They're quite outdated, so I =
don't see the point in keeping them: The reference docs and my article =
in the Hibernate Wiki are far more comprehensive. I've removed all of =
them from CVS too, not including them in the Spring distribution =
anymore.

BTW, the Velocity integration article is also still available from our =
website but not in CVS anymore. It seems to be completely merged into =
the reference docs, so we should probably remove that one from the =
website too.
