[Springframework-developer] package distribution with bz2 as well as zip?

The bz2 compression format gives good results when compared with zip:

bytes:
13814006 spring-framework-1.0-rc1-with-dependencies.bz2
18259545 spring-framework-1.0-rc1-with-dependencies.zip

Having a download from sourceforge in bz2 format as well as zip would
benefit some users. I always pick bz2 over zip or gz if it is available
for a project.

Ant provides the bzip2 task so it should be straightforward.
