#17 Dates corrupted in final merged excel

I am using the compare tool, to compare date formats dd/mm/yyyy. The tool does a great job of comparing the contents, however, changes the date format in the final merge output. In the attached example, only \"Common\" cells values are changed. In some other example I have, even ther difference cells are also corrupted
