a great idea on any box really.
Given that its really an access control issue (emacs ability could easily
be given to a specific group, or disabled entirely... emacs is a HUGE package
to have installed if its not actually used) I don't see the need for this.
However, checks for zombies could be interesting. Especially Zombies that sit
around and don't go away (really zombies are created all the time, they are
just usually resolved within a few miliseconds)
