[Spong-users] Fixed spong-2.73 is now available

A fixed version of the new Spong 2.7.3 distribution file is now available. It 
can be downloaded at:
  http://download.sourceforge.net/spong/spong-2.7.3.tar.gz

The spong-network.pl file was a damaged file in the original release. Sorry 
for any inconvenience.
