At the moment the GUI for the LADSPA plugin allows the
controls to be displayed as sliders OR knobs.

Recently we've been discussing the idea of replacing
SSM plugins with LADSPA one's instead.

To be able to emulate the "old" SSM GUI's better, it
would be better if we could set EACH parameter to a
knob or a slider rather than the whole lot all in one go.
