#34 LADSPA Auto Rename

I've refered to the SSM LADSPAPlugin class in this
as "the LADSPA module" to avoid confusion.

When a new LADSPA Plugin is selected the LADSPA
module could rename itself automatically to "LADSPA -
PluginName" where Plugin name is the name of the
selected LADSPA Plugin.

This renaming should only happen if the LADSPA module's
name is "LADSPA", so as to avoid interfeing with any
user renaming of the module.

When a plugin is de-selected and the module's name
is "LADSPA - PluginName" it should be switched back to
plain "LADSPA".
