Issue 1:
When i am trying to install SQL Power Injector 1.2 on my "windows xp service pack 3" it displays the message i need "Internet explorer 5 or above is needed" but however i have IE8 on my system. so due to this message i am unable to install the SQL Power Injector..... please suggest a way to come around this issue.. i have found no way to come around this in the help docs neither..
Hi,
I'm truly sorry to have taken that much time to read your bug here. Usually people write to me directly through my @sqlpowerinjector.com emails. I had the problem back then and installed later on IE9 and if I recall well it fixed the problem. I guess by now it's not an issue either you figured it out by yourself or completely abandoned to work with my tool. In any cases I'm working on version 2.0 which will be updated with .Net 4.5. Unfortunately, I'm way behind with database versions (they keep having one almost each year :S ) and to do extended research for each for the "Aide memoire" will take time so I expect to done by July/August.
In any cases I'll add it to my bug list and try to find a solution for that.
Cheers
Francois
