#115 Tapestry picasso support

It would be really nice to have even a preliminary
support for Tapestry Picasso: eg use the new tapestry
jars in the classpath + the html code checking. I can
live without all the other features (component
completion, context completion in the page file, etc.)
but the one saving me the most time is the html tag check.

Actually, the "checking" relys on the most intricate part of
Spindle and that part is also the most impacted by Picasso.
Work on this is underway.
