Creating a new project or file assumes we are dealing
with a HTML/BasePage setup. For a WML project it should
be WML/Deck. Also the application engine should be
WMLEngine not BaseEngine.

Spindle generates for a new project. Send me an equivalent
but targeted for WML and I'll see what I can do.
