#72 Panes cannot be resized when in windowed mode

Version: qtSpim 9.1.17 running on Windows 7 Professional SP1
Problem: The register, data and text panes do not re-size when running in "windowed" mode, as opposed to full-screen mode. As bug #70 already mentions, the small message window at the bottom of the screen does not re-size in either mode.

I'm not sure what you mean by re-size. If you make the overall window larger, the message window at the bottom get larger. And, you can over its top border up and down to make the register and data panes larger or smaller. What do you want?

Apparently this is an artifact of the monitor resolution. The problem occurs on my laptop (resolution 1366 x 768), but resolves itself on a larger external monitor (e.g. 1920 x 1080).
