#2 Unloadable Plugins

Whilst Performance Plugins provide a very flexable
interface with performance considerations as a high
priority Performance Plugins can't be unloaded. To
update the plugin the entire app needs to be shutdown
and restarted, this may be acceptable in some
situations but Unloadable Plugins will be very useful
for less critical areas of functionality.

The plugin assembly is loaded into a child AppDomain
and proxy objects are used to communicate between the
core and the plugin.
