#148 Float Sprite Position display 1pixel offset error

When a Person Entity has a floating point position, it
will move 1 pixel off its current position if it gets
close to the upper or left border.

Sphere:1.101. All video drivers.

How to use the Bug Game:
Touch the other celes, then go to the lowerright corner.
You will see the other Celes move 1 pixel when she is
close to the border of the screen.(about 1 tile).

I don't know how to reproduce it with the bugtest game,
things off by 1 pixel are kind of difficult to see.
Perhaps you could you make an easier to see the effect
bugtest? The draw a rectangle where it should kind of
bugtests are helpful.
