Hello everyone !

This minor bug fix release is now available.

The fixes are :
- when PopupFitPicture is disabled, controls are displayed correctly
- layout break fixed

It also includes the new Chinese simplified language pack, thanks to 
Jiandong Ruan...

If I don't get any error report within the next few weeks, I'll release 
spgm 1.4 which has no feature enhancements (search the list archive to 
understand why) but the loss of URL_EXTRA_PARAMS while using template 
mode. It will be php4 compatible only and will make the script easier to 
use...
