[Spgm-updates] SPGM 1.3.1 is out

Hello guys,

This release includes 2 very important features (support for *true* 
non-standalone mode and gallery-dedicated thumbnails) and a complete 
re-write of the filter system.

Everybody should upgrade their package to take advantage of those 
improvements as well as bug fixes, and because a few things have been
