okay I cant seem to figure out why I am seeing a speedy_backed protocol error
when I am attempting to install openwebmail.  their developers are stumped and
are finding it to be a Speedy-CGI issue.  So I am turning to this list for
assistance.  I am trying to build openwebmail with SpeedyCGI option turned on.

here are the errors and my perl information below.  I hope this list is Not
dead.  I can really use the assistance on building.  I reinstalled perl and
speedy CGI and reinstall all the /usr/ports files too.  and still ending up
with the same issue:
