#82 Zombie process problem with perl5.8.4

Processes go to zombie state and don't to die off like
they should. We are using the latest version of
openwebmail with speedy. I have also reported this to them.

This started happening when we upgraded to perl5.8.4

I have had this problem too. It seems to happen when the
server is at a relatively high load... or there are many
requests. I set up a cron job to kill off all the speedycgi
processes every few minutes. It is not ideal, but it works.
