#1 A web based install

I want to add a web based install PHP file, to make it
easier to install. I saw web based installations on other
open source PHP packages. I think the install should
include these elements:

- HTML title [Speedy Whois]
- Page title [Speedy Whois]
- Page subtitle [Check the owner of any domain name!]
- Banner - yes/no and HTML code for banner
- HTML colors (?)
- Bottom links

etc...
