I found a source for my ODB2 cable. I have been told to just build it myself, but I figure the time it would take me to do that, I might as well just buy a pre-built one.

I found a existing project, though it doesn't have the features I am planning, does function as a odb2 reader for windows. It is written already in VB, so it will be a good start for my C app.
