[Speedreader-developer] top level build.xml

The attached build.xml file can be run without having obtained the 
speedreader source.

It will connect to the sourceforge server anonymously and download 
speedreader. It will then run it.

Type ant -p for descriptions of the project targets.

Of course you will need apache ant installed to  operate it. If you like 
it, I will put it under source control or perhaps it could be the first 
link on the website for new users?
