[Spca50x-devs] Problem with Creative Live! webcam

Hi,

I saw on the SPCA5XX driver website that this cam is supported by the
latest version, but I can't get it work.
The driver compiles and installs without any errors and when I plug
the cam in the driver finds it. But as soon as any application tries
to open the V4L device it fails.

Here's the dmesg output when I tried to run spcaview-20050101:

The camera was plugged into a hub when I got the output above.
Then I saw in the archives that plugging the cam directly into the
motherboard connector might help, but it didn't. However this
time I got a little different output:
