#44 CAM: Creative PC-CAM 300, hangs on start up

System sometimes hangs at grabing start up. It is in
ioctl VIDIOCSYNC(or just doesnt return from that one).
When the first one goes ok, it doesnt hang at that
session. Just first SYNC is suspicious. Mostly
experiencing after closing without mumap and using grab
metod and than opening again.
My driver is spca5xx-20060501 and kernel 2.6.15-rc7

If anyone gives me a hint where I should look, I am
probably able to fix it or point out exact part of code.
