On amd64 (and other 64bit architectures) spamprobe compiles and runs without obvious error but,
and using the hash database, scoring messages return wrong scores.
An initial patch was provided by Jem Berkes : http://www.berkes.ca/archive/spamprobe-amd64.txt
I'm going to include a slightly modified version of this patch in my Debian package of spamprobe.
See the patch provided by Francis Russell on the Debian bugreport : http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=564643
