Ok, here's the deal. The zip file contains both the setup.exe and source files for the project. It requires the .Net Framework 1.0 in order to run. You can download this from Microsoft:

Once installed, you'll find a config.xml file in the same folder as the executable. This file contains all the configuration settings needed for the program. YOU'LL NEED TO ADD YOUR POP SERVER INFORMATION TO THIS FILE! You can add as many servers as you want, if you happen to use more than one. Once this has been done, you should be able to download your messages via the program and delete any SPAM that shows up.
