#128 TOOLBAR PROBLEM

This program is super. I use it all time. But toolbar buttons stop working for me. I do not know why.
I try all I found on internet through Google...
Complete reinstall spambayes...
Delete file outcmd.dat
clean registry and HDD
reinstal od repair outlook
delete toolbar by right mouse button in outlook toolbar...

........
Today if I install spambayes, it does not work ... and plugin is gone ... Not visible in outlook toolbar. Also not unchecked in properities...

Any suggestion?
How I can get toolbar back.
Where can be problem
