#21 What to do of (captured) pilots?

When you conquest a planet, enemy pilots can still stay there.
And SPY you! Now spy could be a nice feature, but enemy pilots are definitely not spies.

So, what do we want to do of enemy pilots when their planet is conquested?
Either:
- kill them
- convert them

Convert would be nice, but you have to manage correctly if they've reached an higher leven than your max.

The final role of the enemy pilots is still open. By now, enemy pilots
are prisioners and spies.

An enemy pilot in a planet allow to his team to know everything of
that planet. Also is a valuable resource for his team. (at least he is
of level 1).

Convert them is another posibility. Maybe after certain amount of time.

Or add the order spy and depending of success or failure kill him or convert,...
