Missing MSVCR120.dll error on startup, for version 0.5.1 d/l from Sourceforge. OS is Windows 7-64bit.

I installed the latest VC++ redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 (from MS's website http://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/download-visual-studio-vs#d-additional-software) but this didn't resolve the problem.

No app.log file available.
