[SoX-devel] In which way to add EBU R 128 loudness stats?

Hi again

Several people have suggested (since 2011!) adding EBU R 128 loudness so 
it looks like a good candidate for the next minor release if someone 
wants to implement it.

I'm writing here to ask where and how to add it, to ensure that we 
remain faithful to SoX's style and so that, if sox.sf.net imports the 
work, we remain compatible. In particular, should it be added to the 
output of "sox stat", to "sox stats" (the per-channel version) or both, 
and what should its label be?
